L 'HISTOIRE

Le 21 Juillet 1713 notre ancêtre Jean Fradin achète le CHATEAU PETIT MOULIN..En 1969, Alain SIGNE la 16e génération de la famille commence à développer dans l'exploitation familiale.

Ses enfants rejoignent la société en 1998, Valérie commercialise les vins et Frédéric gère la production et ils achètent le Château de Los.

OUR STORY

On 1713, July 21st our ancestor Jean Fradin (miller) bought the water mill PETIT MOULIN. He stopped his activity of miller to become wine grower of CHATEAU PETIT MOULIN. In 1969, Alain SIGNE the 16th generation of the family began to develop in the family winery.
His children joined the company in 1998, Valérie sells wines and Frédéric manages the production and they bought together the Château de Los.

LE VIGNOBLE

​

Les 60 hectares du vignoble se situe en plein cœur de l'Entre Deux Mers, et se découpent en 5 îlots sur 30 km, donnant une grande diversité de sols (graves, argiles et boulbènes),Vendange à la machine. Thermo-vinification sur une partie de la récolte. Eraflage, Fermentation en cuves pendant 2 à 3 semaines et remontages.

THE VINEYARDS

The 60 hectares of the vineyard is located in the heart of the Entre Deux Mers, and is divided into 5 areas over 30 km, giving a wide variety of soils (gravels, clays and limestones), Harvest machine. Thermovinification technology. De-stemming, alcoholic fermentation for 2 weeks with pumping over.

DÉGUSTATION

70% Merlot 30% Cabernet Sauvignon

Château Petit Moulin a une belle robe brillante aux reflets rubis. Élégant au nez avec des notes de fruits mûrs. Bonne complexité en bouche avec des arômes de baies rouges, bien structuré sans être agressif.

has elegance on the nose with hints ripe merlot fruit. Good complexity on the palate with red berry flavours, well structured without being aggressive.
